Does Medicare cover mobility scooters and power wheelchairs?
Yes. Medicare Part B covers power-operated scooters and power wheelchairs when a doctor determines they are medically necessary. We handle the Medicare billing process for you — no paperwork on your end.
How do I know which mobility scooter or wheelchair is right for me?
Our free in-home assessment covers your mobility needs, home layout, and daily activities. We recommend the most appropriate equipment and explain all options clearly before you commit to anything.
Do you install stair lifts in curved staircases?
Yes. We install both straight-rail and custom curved-rail stair lifts. Curved installations take 2–4 weeks to manufacture as the rail is built to match your exact staircase dimensions.
What happens if my equipment needs repair after purchase?
We offer ongoing service and repair for all equipment we supply. Call our service line and we'll arrange a technician visit — typically within 24–48 hours for essential equipment.
Can I try a mobility scooter before buying?
Yes. Our showroom has demonstration models to try in-store. We also offer home trials for eligible customers so you can be confident the equipment suits your needs before committing.
