Do you accept new patients?
Yes. Cityside Medical Clinic is currently accepting new patients for family medicine, pediatrics, and urgent care. Book online through the patient portal or call (716) 458-7589.
Can I get a same-day appointment for urgent care?
Yes. We hold same-day slots for urgent, non-emergency conditions. Call in the morning or book through the portal to reserve one. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. Call our front desk with your insurance card and we'll confirm coverage before your appointment.
When should a child have their first check-up?
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends a well-child visit within the first week of life, then at 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 24, and 30 months — followed by annual visits from age 3 onward. We follow this schedule and send reminders.
Can I access my lab results and records online?
Yes. Lab results, visit summaries, referral requests, and appointment booking are all available through our secure patient portal. Login credentials are provided at your first visit.
